Eurofarma covers 83% of the Latin American market and is present in 20 countries. Besides Brazil, it has its own operations in 17 countries – Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Guatemala and other Central American countries and the Caribbean, such as Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic. In Africa, it has an office for the submission of dossiers in Mozambique. It also has a shareholding in the United States.

Since it has undertaken these internationalization movements in the company, all its areas have been working heavily on the integration of operations. The proposal is to improve local management and replicate the current business model of Eurofarma in these countries.
