The first Eurofarma’s Annual Report was published in 2006, which publicly demonstrated its environmental management practices, adding more transparency in the relationship with its stakeholders. It has openly shared its challenges in consolidating the sustainability of its business. Over the years, it has evolved its corporate governance processes and, in 2009, published its first report based on the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the most widespread international standard between organizations from around the world for sustainability reporting.
In 2014, in a pioneering way, the company launched its Sustainability Report already in accordance with the GRI-G4 (Sustainability Reporting Guidelines). The 2016 report, regarding the fiscal year from January 1st to December 31st, 2015, besides indicating the strategy, values and organizational commitments, shows the achievements made in the process of internationalization, the acquisitions of companies in Latin America, new partnerships with laboratories, as well as future challenges.
