This very broad concept ranges from investments for the improvement of its employees, to projects to meet the communities in which the company operates.

Through the Eurofarma Institute, created 10 years ago, more than 50,000 children and young people have benefited directly with educational projects. It works with programs on three fronts: Complementary Education, Youth Training and Environmental Education.

In addition to the Institute, the company conducts various actions of environmental education focused on citizens. These actions involve internal and external campaigns to spread awareness for individual and collective environmental responsibility also actions that enable the population to become aware of their national role.
