São Paulo, November 13, 2018 – Eurofarma is among the 35 companies with the best staff management, according to the Valor Carreira ranking 2018. The awards event took place yesterday, November 12, and the company was recognized as the only pharmaceutical company in the category of 3 to 7 thousand contributors.

Eurofarma stood out for Human Resources practices such as the 6-month maternity leave, 30-day paternity leave, day care for employees’ children up to six years of age and benefits. Moreover, the company’s high rates show excellent results: 75% of internal use in management positions in recent years and 97% satisfaction in compensation and benefits.

Over the years, the pharmaceutical company has been recognized for its HR practices, having received several awards in Brazil. According to Mikiko Inoue, vice president of Human Resources at Eurofarma, the company bets on preparing leaders to achieve good results. “We have strong programs to prepare the leaders and managers, the home-grown, to assume the company’s strategic positions,” says the vice president.

In its 16th edition, the survey was conducted by the Valor Econômico newspaper in partnership with Mercer consultancy, and organized the winning companies by number of employees, besides basing the survey on two concepts: Engagement and Prosperity.
