São Paulo, September 2020 – Eurofarma, a Brazilian pharmaceutical multinational with presence across 20 Latin American countries, is featured in the ranking of Best Companies in Customer Satisfaction in Brazil 2020, organized by the MESC Institute. The company appears both in the Pharmaceutical Industry category and in the overall ranking, which identifies the 100 companies with the best practices in managing customer service and satisfaction.
In its 4th edition, the MESC Institute, specialized in market research, training and certification related to customer service and satisfaction, awards the best companies in this criterion through a survey conducted with more than 2 million customers, who spontaneously answered a questionnaire, analyzing the aspects of service, execution power and value.
More than 6,500 companies were evaluated and had their practices audited and submitted to a hidden customer process in their electronic service channels. The study was conducted between March 2019 and March 2020. The survey follows strict international standards of the International Privacy Shield Framework.
